Our most commonly requested items combined into one package, with a savings of $250!!! This package consist of two dance floors with criss cross draping as well as the area between the two dance floors. We will handle the clean up at the end of your special event.
- Coordinator will arrive at the conclusion of the event

- Coordinator will assist with packaging up remaining cake to give to either the bride and groom or the parents of the bride and groom
- Coordinator will collect and pack up the toasting flutes, cake topper, cake knife set, etc.
- Coordinator will drop off pre-paid linen, bags at UPS or FedEx

Package E: Dance Floor + Center Draping and Clean Up Package ($2,300)

Package D: Dance Floor Draping and Clean Up Package ($1,700)

- Event Ends at 12am
- Coordinator will arrive at the conclusion of the event
- Coordinator will remove linens from tables
- Coordinator will pack up centerpieces
- Coordinator will assist with packaging up remaining cake to give to either the bride and groom or the parents of the bride and groom
- Coordinator will collect wedding day items for return to designee
- Coordinator will drop off pre-paid linen, bags at UPS or FedEx

Package B: The Reception Tear Down and Clean Up Package ($750)

- One Planner/Client Meeting (1 hour) to discuss “day of” details and review contracts
- Wedding Coordinator will collect items to be set up prior to day of
- Set up time of up to 4 hours for the reception site
- Any set up needs for all reception décor not handled by a specific vendor
- Manage vendor set-up reception and make sure all commitments are fulfilled
- Collection of wedding day items prior to wedding day (i.e. cake knife, pictures, toasting flutes, favors, candles, menus, escort cards, etc.)

Package C: The Reception Set Up Package ($550)

- Unlimited Email Consultations
- Planner/Client Meeting (1 hour) discuss “day of” details and review contracts.
- Construction of Day-of timeline from arrival to departure.
- Coordinate the wedding rehearsal – 1 hour.
- Full timeline and vendor contact information will be sent to all wedding professionals.
- Setup of all ceremony and reception decorations not covered by another vendor.
- Greet vendors and ensure setup is completed.
- Line up and cue Bridal Party for the ceremony.
- Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony.
- Bustle Wedding Gown
- Line up and Cue Bride, Groom and wedding party to Grand Entrance
- Assist band or DJ in cueing important events (i.e. grand entrance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, dances, etc.)
- Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception.
- Stay in communication with banquet staff to ensure things are going smoothly.
- Planner will leave after the last formality (typically cake cutting)

Package F: Meadow Chair Setup ($250)

A coordinator will set up the meadow chairs as specified by you, to aid in setting up for your ceremony. 

Package G: Room Flip ($250)

Coordinators will oversee and move all tables and chairs between your ceremony and reception. 

Rent the Decor Closet! ($500)

For $500 you will have access to our decor closet. This will include all of the items listed below! Items that will not be included are those stored outside of the closet including but not limited to the drapes, outdoor lights and the arches/doors. Please note candles are not included and must be provided by the couple.
